Apple Inc. (AAPL) Demanding $2 billion from Samsung for stealing its patent

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) claims that 10 Samsung products steal the five patents covering a series of user-interface designs for the iOS software that powers iPads and iPhones, including features like the “slide-to-unlock” function and automatic spelling corrections, due to which Apples bear’s $2.2 billion loss. But Apple faces a bigger confront this time, distinct the 2012 trial that focused mostly on claims about of its devices, in which when jurors found violation and awarded Apple $1.05 billion in damages.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) file a suit against the Samsung for stealing its patent in U.S District court and hearing of this case is made on last Tuesday where both parties blaming each other for stealing their ideas. Apple makes demand in the court about that Samsung steal its patent so he should have to pay him an average of 33 dollar against each of the 37 Million devices of Samsung in which that stealer software of Apple is running. Apple’s legal team said that it’s a fair compensation for its losses.

In the response of these statements lawyer of Samsung Mr. Peter Quinn told jurors that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is a vast company but does not have possession of everything and I will prove you that this is the wrong exaggeration. He denied that company had stolen technology from Apple and saying that all the Android software packages designed entirely by Google engineers. Samsung’s witness Mr Martin Rinard who is the professor of Massachusetts Institute of Technology showed a video in a court to the jurors as a proof that Samsung’ search function that is designed by the Google has the same benefits of iPhone feature, “but It does not violate any Apple’s patent.” Samsung says Apple stole two of its functions to use for iPads and iPhones that is a wireless technology system that increase the speed of sending and receiving data.

If Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) win this case again then Samsung Electronics has to pay $2 billion to him But in case he loss this case then he has to bear a loss of $6 million.
