CLEVELAND, Okla., Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Applied-Cleveland Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of inspection and integrity management services for energy infrastructure assets in North America, announced that it has changed its name to Eagle Infrastructure Services (“Eagle“, or “the Company”).  This rebranding reflects the Company’s expanding footprint and continued evolution as an integrated professional service and inspection solutions provider.  Eagle serves the lifecycle maintenance and project needs of pipeline and related facilities infrastructure in the transmission, gathering, utility, LDC, storage and downstream markets.

In the last nine months, the Company has announced the completion of three acquisitions to complement its core inspection offering and provide an expanded suite of services to its clients.  With the integration of these acquisitions, Eagle’s capabilities extend across third party inspection, integrity management, civil survey, mapping, GIS, environmental, qualification testing, right of way and NDE auditing services.

Randy Byers, Chairman and CEO of Eagle, stated, “Our rebranding marks a significant milestone for our company.  Our services can be utilized singularly or in combination to meet the specific needs of our clients and we continue to find more ways to support them across our divisions.  Establishing a new brand that symbolizes our common culture and unwavering dedication to integrity, safety, technical expertise, superior execution and customer service is not only a logical step in our evolution but a reflection of our mutual achievements.”
