Latin Resources Limited (“Latin Resources” or the “Company”) (ASX Code: LRS) is pleased to announce it has been admitted to trading on the Stock Exchange Electronic Trading System – quotes and crosses (“SETSqx”) of the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”). The UK ticker for Latin Resources is “LRS”.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of finnCap as its UK broker. SETSqx will allow the Company’s issued securities to be traded by the UK investment community, with the aim of exposing the Company to a much broader range of UK-based investment funds and institutional investors and greatly increasing liquidity in the Company’s securities.

The admission to trading on SETSqx does not affect the listing of all of the Company’s shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”).
