The second largest satellite TV operator in the U.S., DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ:DISH) created history by signing an online pay-TV deal with the leading media mogul Walt Disney Co. The agreement will allow DISH Network’s customers to watch ESPN, ABC and Disney channels on PCs, smartphones and tablets through the Dish Anywhere app. Moreover, Walt Disney will also drop its earlier objection against DISH Network’s ad skipping Auto Hop device. DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ:DISH) stock opened at $59.77 in last trading session, and closed at $59.56, trading in the range of $58.83 – $59.97. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 3.71%.

Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC)today announced it will be launching entertainment network, EPIX, nationally on March 18, 2014. The launch will deliver thousands of movies and original programs including documentaries, concerts and comedy specials to Time Warner Cable customers across four new channels: EPIX, EPIX 2 and EPIX 3 plus EPIX Drive-in. To celebrate the launch, Time Warner Cable will be treating its digital basic tier customers to three months of EPIX, including its multi-plex services, as part of a special introductory offer. Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) shares closed at $140.09 on last trade day, by gaining 0.62%. Stock 52 week range is $87.07 – $147.28. Company’s market capitalization is $38.93 billion.

Zacks reissued their neutral rating on shares of TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) in a research note released on Friday morning, Analyst Ratings Network reports. They currently have a $14.00 target price on the stock. TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ:TIVO) stock advanced 2.15% and finished the last session at $13.75. The EPS of the stock remained 1.84. Company’s market capitalization is $1.68 billion.

Thomson Reuters/Verus upgraded shares of Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) from a sell rating to a hold rating in a research note issued to investors on Monday, American Banking & Market News reports. Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) stock opened at $126.19 in last trading session and closed at $128.22. The 52 week range of the stock is $85.74 – $144.02 and the day range was $125.55 – $128.33.
