Ed McCabe is the President of McCabe Energy, Inc.  For over 35 years he has been active in the oil and gas business of the Permian Basin.  Ed has operated and managed numerous oil and gas properties.  His responsibilities required extensive interaction with mineral and royalty owners, state regulatory agencies, and title attorneys.  He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Greg McCabe is an experienced geologist who brings over 32 years of oil and gas experience. He is a principal of numerous oil and gas focused entities including McCabe Petroleum Corporation, Manix Royalty, Masterson Royalty Fund, G-Mc Exploration. McCabe has been involved in numerous oil and gas ventures throughout his career and brings a vast experience in technical evaluation, operations and acquisitions and divestitures to Valor. He has also been Chairman of Torchlight Energy Resources, Inc. since October 2016 and has been its Director since July 14, 2016.
