The Shanghai Film Group Corp is in talks with Marvel Entertainment, owned by The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS), for a new Chinese superhero film that will revolve around the adventures of a Chinese terra-cotta warrior, said Ren Zhonglun, president of the group. The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) stock opened at $74.43 in last trading session, and closed at $73.98, trading in the range of $73.68 – $74.63. The stock showed a positive/negative weekly performance of -1.87%.

TheStreet Ratings team rates Sony Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:SNE) as a Hold with a ratings score of C. Sony Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:SNE) shares closed at $17.05 on last trade day, by losing -0.93%. Stock 52 week range is $12.48 – $23.38. Company’s market capitalization is $17.69 billion.

Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ:VIAB) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on both its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2014. Viacom, Inc. (NASDAQ:VIAB) stock lowered -2.19% and finished the last session at $83.08. The EPS of the stock remained 4.89. Company’s market capitalization is $37.33 billion.

News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA)’s U.K. head of security told a colleague he had dug a hole and “burnt stuff” as the News of the World tabloid was closed amid the phone-hacking scandal, the former co-worker told a London court. News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA) stock opened at $17.09 in last trading session and closed at $17.08. The 52 week range of the stock is $14.39 – $18.17 and the day range was $16.94 – $17.18.
