The OraQuick In-Home HIV Test offers results within 20 minutes and would be sold without a prescription.

     

    ABIOMED Inc (NASDAQ:ABMD) soared 4.80% to $24.88 on a traded volume of 676k shares. The Company posted fourth quarter profit of $2.57 million or 6 cents per share compared to loss of $1.77 million or 5 cents a share in the prior year period. Revenue increased 31% to $37.3 million. However, analysts expected earnings of 6 cents on revenue of $34.92 million. Operating margin was 7.9%, compared to negative 4.9% in the previous year period.

     

     

    Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ARNA) moved down 5.61% to $5.71. The Company announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares at $5.50 per share. The gross proceeds is expected to be $60.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable.
