Terms of the deal were not divulged. The acquired assets are now a part of Eastman Chemical’s Specialty Fluids & Intermediates business segment. Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) stock is currently trading at $89.12. The EPS of the stock is 7.40. Company’s market capitalization is 13.39 billion.
