Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) has settled a lawsuit against Barclays PLC (ADR) (NYSE:BCS) in which it sought to recover more than $141 million for providing foreign exchange services to a unit of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc during the 2008 financial crisis. In a letter filed on Thursday with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the banks said they had reached an agreement in principle to resolve the case. Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) stock opened at $48.48 in last trading session and closed at $48.13. The 52 week range of the stock is $40.28 – $55.28 and the day range was $47.88 – $48.53. It’s been the busiest start for M&A both globally and in the U.S. With Facebook’s $19 billion acquisition of the messaging service WhatsApp, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) and J.P.
