The law office of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announced Wednesday that it would investigate potential claims against Sirius XM’s Board of Directors connected to the proposed Liberty acquisition. Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney William Briscoe and the securities litigation firm of Powers Taylor LLP are also carrying out a similar investigation. Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) stock opened at $3.82 in last trading session, and closed at $3.70, trading in the range of $3.69 – $3.82. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 3.64%.

It was not revealed how much money NBC invested, but the transaction would give it a roughly 10 percent stake, as well as an entry into a new news format. Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) stock surged 1.25% and finished the last session at $53.54. The EPS of the stock remained 2.40. Company’s market capitalization is $140.03 billion.
