Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (NYSE:RCL) is down marginally 0.74% to $24.13. The Company intends to bring another ship to China to take advantage of the increase in cruising demand. The Company will launch the Mariner of the Seas next year from China and Singapore.
Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) moved down 0.64% to $26.81. The Company is planning to expand its Indian consumer banking operations by ramping up its credit card business and adding one million new customers from the urban middle class over the next two-three years.
The Company bought $1.7 billion of mortgage tied securities from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Maiden Lane III portfolio.
Syngenta AG (ADR) (NYSE:SYT) declined 0.91% to $63.41. The Company announced $105 million settlement in the United States for a case surrounding its weed killer atrazine. The case relates to the community water systems that wanted Syngenta to pay for the chemical to be filtered from their supplies.
3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) increased 0.30% to $30.51. The Company has acquired Bespoke Innovations Inc. Bespoke is a startup based in San Francisco that is bringing a more personal approach to the way a broad spectrum of medical devices are developed and used.
The Company restated its guidance for revenue to be in the range $330 million to $360 million and non-GAAP EPS to be between $1.00 and $1.25 for fiscal year 2012. However, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $348 million and EPS of $1.07 for fiscal 2012.
Delcath Systems Inc (NASDAQ:DCTH) decreased 36.98% to $1.50. The Company announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,333,340 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 4,000,002 shares at a combined price to the public of $1.50 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of the shares and the related warrants will be approximately $18.4 million.
