Wilson, retired Vice Chairman of Johnson & Johnson, and newly appointed Director Paul A. Friedman, M.D., the former Chief Executive Officer of Incyte Corporation. The committee will serve as the principal executive body for the Company until such time as a Chief Executive Officer is named. Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp.     McDermott International (NYSE: MDR) reported fourth quarter and full-year 2013 results after markets closed Monday. The offshore oilfield engineering and construction firm posted a diluted earnings per share (EPS) loss of $1.37 per share on revenues of $517.34 million. For the fourth quarter of 2012 the company posted EPS of $0.17 on revenues of $995.95 million. McDermott International (NYSE:MDR) stock loosed -8.26% and finished the last session at $7.44.The EPS of the stock remained -0.65.Company’s market capitalization is $1.76 billion.

    Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:ARP)  announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests at an offering price of $21.18. Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for this offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 common units. The net proceeds of the offering, assuming no exercise of the over-allotment option, after underwriting discounts and estimated expenses, are approximately $112.1 million.  Atlas Resource Partners, L.P.
