    News Headlines: What is driving these stocks sharply down?

    Wall Street ended little changed yesterday after mixed economic report and ahead of key earnings releases. Majesco Entertainment Co. (NASDAQ:COOL) was the top loser on Wall Street and marked new low after reporting fourth-quarter loss and provided downbeat guidance.

    Coldwater Creek Inc. (NASDAQ:CWTR) tumbled 22.60% as the company expects wider Q4 loss.
    TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTMI) suffered new low after providing an update on its fourth quarter earnings forecast and shares of the electronics-maker were downgraded to hold at Stifel Nicolaus.[article_detail_ad_1]

    Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (NYSE:EXM), Houston American Energy Corporation (NYSEAMEX:HUSA), Capstone Turbine Corporation (NASDAQ:CPST), Dynavax Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ:DVAX) and Telik, Inc. (NASDAQ:TELK) faced sharp declines.

    Body Central Corp (NASDAQ:BODY) lost 14.2% after cutting Q4, FY 2012 EPS outlook.

    Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ:GIVN) plunged 11.54% after disclosing that it is no longer looking for a potential buyer or merger, and that its key investor would seek to sell its holding in the company to another investor.

    DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ:DRYS) retreated 7.11% on a plan to sell two Newbuilding Suezmaxes.
    Yelp Inc (NYSE:YELP) was down after Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) rolled out the new product, which could hurt Yelp’s own services.

    SAP AG (ADR) (NYSE:SAP) and ARM Holdings plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:ARMH) faced a fall amid European growth concerns.

    James River Coal Company (NASDAQ:JRCC) faced third decline in a row and Cereplast, Inc. (PINK:CERP) dropped 4.76%.

    RadioShack Corporation (NYSE:RSH) dropped on its failure to settle beneficial terms with Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT), so it has ended the unprofitable mobile phone deal with the discount retailer.

    Active Network Inc (NYSE:ACTV) fell 4.22% after a study revealed change in meeting trends.

    Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) lost gaining momentum on sales trends.

    Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ:ATML) was unable to trade above the trend line after signing MoU with Wasion Group to develop smart electricity meters and data concentrators.

    More on the flip side, Quantum Corp (NYSE:QTM), Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:RVBD), Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV), SemiLEDs Corporation (NASDAQ:LEDS) and Windstream Corporation (NASDAQ:WIN) all ended in red.
