    EDUCATION HOLDINGS 1 (PINK:REVU) tumbled to worst price since its IPO on a bankruptcy filing, suffering biggest fall on Tuesday followed by Seven Arts Entertainment Inc (PINK:SAPX).

    II-VI, Inc. (NASDAQ:IIVI) lost 9.51% after its 2Q earnings declined 8 pct on sluggish demand.

    Impax Laboratories Inc (NASDAQ:IPXL) plunged 7.09% as FDA rejected Parkinson’s Drug.

    TAL Education Group (ADR) (NYSE:XRS) was down after providing Q4 2013 sales forecast below analysts’ forecast.

    Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX) declined after Clal Finance analyst Jonathan Kreizman predicted weakness for the fourth quarter will continue through the first half of 2013.

    Office Depot Inc (NYSE:ODP) fell 3.66% after Credit Suisse analyst Gary Balter provided four reasons for a merger deal with OfficeMax (NYSE:OMX) more likely happening now than at any time before.

    FreeSeas Inc. (NASDAQ:FREE), Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE:WTW), Chico’s FAS, Inc. (NYSE:CHS), Canon Inc. (ADR) (NYSE:CAJ), Gafisa SA (ADR) (NYSE:GFA) and Cyberonics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYBX) all dropped in a range of 3 to 4.56 percent.

    Despite hitting new high on joining S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrat index for FY13, AbbVie Inc (NYSE:ABBV) ended in red.
    Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE:EAT) retreated 2.4% on lower-than-projected sales amid traffic decline.

    Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) decreased on suspension of gun-related deals after Sandy Hook.

    Mondelez International Inc (NASDAQ:MDLZ) was down after consultation talks with Clifford Chance and Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm to further expands into the KSA.

    Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE:SNV) made new high but failed to end in green after 4Q results.

    Coach, Inc. (NYSE:COH) turned red after analysts at Credit Agricole downgraded the stock from a buy rating to an outperform ratings.
    Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE:COF) fell on weak Q4 results.

    Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) traded lower after Credit Suisse initiated coverage on the CMCSA stock with a neutral rating.

    Turning to active stocks, eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY), The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO), Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX), Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD), Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA), Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ:ESRX) and Smith & Wesson Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:SWHC) all retreated between 1 and 2 percent.
