    Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) stock surged on Friday over 5% following a report that it was close to lastly liquidating much of it stake in Chinese Internet giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.

    Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) is in talks to sell around 20% of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. back to the Chinese Internet firm for around $7 billion, a person with knowledge of the matter reported.
