Microsoft named its social network as “So.cl” and stated that it helps students to connect with one another.
On the other hand, Microsoft’s clear that So.cl is not planned to compete with Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB). Microsoft names So.cl and pronounced as “social” is a new research project, developed by its FUSE Labs. The basic objective of So.cl is assisting users find and share interesting web pages in the way students do when they work combined by linking social networking and search.
