    Breaking News: Best 15 & Worst 15 Stocks

    U.S. stocks were trading mostly lower, at last check on Thursday, with the S&P 500 index on track to mark its best January since 1989, as investors mulled a mixed bag of economic data. On the flip side, Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ:CLSN) tumbled $6.50 or 81.06% after its experimental liver cancer treatment ThermoDo failed to meet target.

    Generex Biotechnology Corporation (OTC:GNBT) lost 22.41% after the company gave an overview on the early breast cancer competitive status of the lead cancer immunotherapy product, AE37. See full report.

    Liquidity Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:LQDT) plunged 26.49% on lower 2013 earnings forecast.

    Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDEN) retreated $7.83 or 17.07% after lower-than-expected financial results.

    Fusion-IO, Inc. (NYSE:FIO) declined 15.38% after predicting third-quarter revenue below forecast.

    ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) fell 5.03% after Q4 results.

    The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:DOW) plunged 5.95% on earnings miss.

    Harman International Industries Inc./DE/ (NYSE:HAR) was down below 14.61% on fiscal 2013 outlook below estimates.

    Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) dropped more than $10 after quarterly report.

    Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) decreased 5.97% on late ‘Grand Theft Auto’ release.

    Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (NASDAQ:EXXI) fell after results and Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYSE:VNR) plunged after pricing public offering.

    Turning to top volume stocks, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB), Nokia (NYSE:NOK) and Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) were on losing track, at last check.

    On the upside, Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCC) hit new high, adding 81.43% on a deal to sell itself to ACI Worldwide.

    WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS) soared about 60% on a $1.5B deal to sell itself to Scientific Games Corp (NASDAQ:SGMS).

    Fortinet, Inc.(NASDAQ:FTNT) jumped 24.03% after results.

    Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) rallied 14.27% after corporate report.

    Skyworks Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:SWKS) advanced 13.45% after earnings release.

    Mead Johnson Nutrition CO (NYSE:MJN) added $8.52 after financial results.

    Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTXS) increased $7 in price following fourth-quarter results.

    Performant Financial Corp (NASDAQ:PFMT) hit an all-time high on raising and pricing of secondary public offering.

    Ericsson (ADR) (NASDAQ:ERIC) scored new high on Q4 results.

    Keryx Biopharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:KERX) was actively trading higher after pricing of public offering.

    Turning to other active stocks, Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR) (NYSE:ALU), QUALCOMM, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOM), Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE:LVS), EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) were moving up, at last check.
