    Wall Street on Friday kicked off a new month with solid rally that raised the Dow industrials above 14,000 for the first time in five years after the January nonfarm payrolls report increased investors optimism of the economy.

    Otelco, Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:OTT) soared 39.58% after the wireline telecommunication services provider unveiled plans to seek support for a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing from its senior subordinated notes holders with an aim to cut its overall debt by roughly $135 million.

(NYSE:RDN) and Heckmann Corporation (NYSE:HEK) all rose between 5 and 5.99 percent.
