    Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV) late Tuesday company reported first quarter net income of $132 million or $0.94 per share, as compared to $112 million or $0.76 per share for the year-ago quarter. Total revenue rose 6% to $1.11 billion, as against $1.05 billion a year ago. Analysts expected the company to earn $1.15 per share on revenue estimate of $1.09 billion for the first quarter. shares increased 0.65% and closed at $70.75 in yesterday’s trading session.

    Looking forward, the company expects fiscal 2012 adjusted revenue growth to be in a range of 4% to 6%, adjusted earnings per share (EPS) to be in a range of $5.04-$5.20. Analysts are expecting the company to report revenue of $4.506 billion and EPS of $5.13 for fiscal 2012.

    OpenTable Inc (NASDAQ:OPEN) shares slumped 15.29% to $37 in pre-market trading after the company reported first quarter revenue of $39.4 million, up 17% as compared to a year ago period. Non-GAAP Profit for the period stood at $0.40 a share. Analysts were expecting the company to report earnings of $0.34 a share on revenue of $39.6 million.

    Looking forward, the company expects second quarter revenue to be in the range of $38.5 million to $39.8 million and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.36 to $0.39. Analysts are expecting the company to report revenue of $41 million and EPS of $0.37 for second quarter of 2012.

    Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC) shares gained 6.57% to $14.60 in the after hour trading after the company reported a first-quarter net income of $46.3 million, as compared to a loss of $23.6 million in the year ago period. Earnings per share was $0.30 for the first quarter of 2012, as compared to a loss of $0.15 in the year ago quarter. Total revenues were $684.9 million, as compared to $570.9 million in the same quarter last year. Analysts expected the company to report earnings of $0.14 per share on revenues of $670.15 million.

    Additionally, the company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per Class A and Class B common share, payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2012.

    TECO Energy, Inc. (NYSE:TE) posted a first quarter profit of $50.5 million or $0.23 a share, down from $51.7 million, or $0.24 a share, in the same period a year earlier. Revenue slid 8.3% to $730 million. Analysts had projected a per-share profit of $0.24 and revenue of $769 million. Operating margin widened to 17.2% from 16.4%. shares fell 0.22% and closed at $17.98 in previous trading session

    Tripadvisor Inc (NASDAQ:TRIP) shares surged 17.03% to $42.75 in the after hour trading after the company  reported a first-quarter profit of $48.1 million from $47.3 million in the year-ago period. Revenues increased 23% to $183.7 million. First quarter profit was impacted by higher expenses that offset a 23% revenue growth. Analysts expected the company to earn $0.33 per share on revenues of $174.41 million for the first quarter.
