Steelcase Inc.(NYSE:SCS) stock climbed 6.60% to $10.18 in the pre-market hour after the company posted second-quarter profit of $29.5 million or $0.23 per share from $11.9 million or $0.09 per share in the same quarter last year. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.(NASDAQ:BBBY) stock declined 5.07% to $65.30 in the pre-market hour after the company reported a second quarter profit of $224.3 million, down from $229.4 million a year earlier. On a per-share basis, earnings were up at $0.98 a share from $0.93 a share, due to fewer shares outstanding in the latest period. Net sales rose 12% to $2.59 billion. In June, the company predicted earnings of $0.97 a share to $1.03 a share and revenue growth of 5% to 7%.
