    Alexza Pharmaceuticals Slumps 11%(EQIX, LF, RLD, SOHU, ALXA)

    Equinix Inc(NASDAQ:EQIX) announced that it has entered into a $750 million senior credit facility. The agreement consists of a $550 million senior secured revolving credit facility and a $200 million senior secured term loan facility. Both the revolving credit facility and the term loan facility have a five year maturity date extending to June 2017.

    LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc.(NYSE:LF) slumped over 7% in the pre-open session after The toymaker’s chief financial officer, Mark Etnyre, is resigning to pursue personal interests. His resignation will be effective Oct. 1. Yesterday, the stock soared on heavy volume after its new products continue to generate quite a bit of buzz. Though the iPad and other mobile devices were viewed as potentially denting sales for the company, its education-focused devices without Internet access are proving to fill a void in the electronics toy market for parents.

    RealD(NYSE:RLD) said that for FQ1 2013, box office receipts are estimated to be approximately $933 million, with $444 million from domestic venues and $489 million internationally. RealD Inc. (RealD) is a global licensor of three-dimensional (3D) technologies. Its property portfolio enables a 3D viewing experience in the theater, the home and elsewhere.

    Sohu.com Inc.(NASDAQ:SOHU) is buying back a 10.88% stake in its Sogou search engine from Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba (ALBCF.PK) for $25.8M. Sogou saw its Q1 revenue jump 184% Y/Y, and has been gaining share in the Chinese search market. It might not be a coincidence the Sohu-Alibaba partnership is ending shortly after an e-commerce partnership between Baidu (BIDU) and Japan’s Rakuten unraveled.

    Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc.(NASDAQ:ALXA) slumped 11% after the company said the FDA has accepted a resubmitted ADASUVE New Drug Application as a complete, class 2 response to the FDA’s action letter, with an indicated Prescription Drug User Fee Act goal date of December 21, 2012.
