Dispute Over; Starbucks to Pay Kraft $2.7 Billion
After a three year long dispute Starbucks was ordered to pay Kraft $2.7 billon. Kraft filed the lawsuit in 2010 after Starbucks took back the distribution of it’s packaged coffee from Kraft.

The Seattle based coffee giant announced that it had more than enough cash and borrowing capacity to fulfill the agreed payment.
Kraft, meanwhile, has partnered with McDonald’s Corp to distribute their packaged coffee, McCafe, to retailers.
