The firm this year after its capital expenditure exceeds over $14 billion has free cash flow, against dividend payments of $10 billion. If the firm attains its 52-week high of $39 in 2014, it would produce approximately 20% total return.

    In current year the firm post paid wireless subscribers increased by 551,000 for both tablets and cell- phones. That was US wireless operator’s second-better quarterly result in four years. Among subscribers post-paid users are billed monthly and the highly desirable wireless subscribers, because of elevated loyalty and usage as compare to prepaid customers. It is expected to report its earning on Wednesday.

    The upcoming result will be affected by strong sale particularly due to latest launch of iPhone 5S, as well as increased in initial subsidies to subscribers as they pay the price of the device subsidy during the duration of their contracts. The company has total number of subscribers, at 107.9 million, while the firm is expected to produce $24 billion of pretax cash flow on revenue of $70 billion from its wireless business. AT&T Inc shares rose 0.49% to $34.61 in last trading session.
