    Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) is finally coming up on its IPO lockup expiration on Friday, June 1. After a restatement of prior earnings in April, the lockup, previously scheduled for May 4, was delayed 30 days.

    Additionally, The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of purchasers of Groupon common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the allegedly false and misleading Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with Groupon’s initial public offering, including purchasers of Groupon common stock between February 8, 2012 and March 30, 2012.

    Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT) stock fell 1.76% to $26.81 in the after-hour after the company reported third-quarter net income of $55.47 million or $0.43 per share, as compared to $50.14 million or $0.35 per share in the same quarter last year. Total service revenues and vehicle sales for the quarter rose to $244.11 million from $236.76 million in the prior year quarter. Analysts expected the company to report earnings of $0.43 per share on revenue estimate of $259.37 million for the quarter.

    Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) stock declined 0.11% to $65.61 in the pre-market hour. The company will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, June 1, as well as its question and answer session with executive management for the investment community. The shareholders meeting, including pre-meeting activities, will begin at 7:00 a.m. CDT and will conclude at approximately 11:00 a.m. CDT.

    UDR, Inc. (NYSE:UDR) shares declined 3.98% to $25.55 in the pre-market hour after the company yesterday announced that it plans to sell 19 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock will be offered by the Company and will be issued under a currently effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan will serve as joint book-running managers for the offering.
