The company issued revenue guidance of $945.0 million to $950.0 million, compared to the consensus revenue estimate of $953.86 million.Stoneridge also updated its FY14 guidance to 0.80-1.00 EPS. The Company’s fourth quarter 2013 results include the impact of an early extinguishment of debt charge totaling $0.6 million related to a $20 million term loan prepayment made in December 2013. Excluding the impact of this item, non-GAAP adjusted earnings for the fourth quarter were $10.8 million, or $0.15 per diluted share. Earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 included an income tax benefit of $59.0 million, or $0.86 per diluted share, primarily related to the reversal of the Company’s valuation allowance against its net deferred tax assets. Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) stock decreased -7.55% and finished the last session at $12.00. The EPS of the stock remained 1.68. Company’s market capitalization is $822.20 million.
