India’s Supreme Court will resume hearing on March 11 Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) appeal against a lower court ruling over transferring ownership of its local mobile phones plant which is the subject of a tax dispute to Microsoft, lawyers on the case said on Mar. 3. Nokia, which is selling its mobile phones business to Microsoft in a 5.4 billion euro ($7.5 billion) deal, last month appealed to the Supreme Court saying the Delhi High Court had imposed “new conditions” over the transfer of the plant, after previously lifting a freeze on the assets. Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) stock loosed -0.38% and finished the last session at $7.92. The EPS of the stock remained -0.15. Company’s market capitalization is $29.40 billion.
AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has lowered the prices of its Mobile Share Value Plans this last weekend, hoping to keep its customers from running into the arms of T-Mobile. AT&T also revealed a new 2GB Mobile Share Value plan, which runs $65 a month and includes unlimited talk and text, as well as unlimited international messaging. Customers will be able to purchase a device through AT&T or bring their own to the table. AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) stock opened the session at $32.28, and closed the session at $32.51. The 52 week range of the T stock remained $31.74-39.00 and the day range was $32.19-$32.54.
