Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) is now no longer involved in a low-ball buyout attempt by John Malone and Liberty Media Corp. (NASDAQ: LMCA). Last Friday we saw Bank of America Merrill Lynch issue a positive report on the standalone company, and now we have a similar call from Evercore Partners. Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) stock is currently trading at $3.39 .The EPS of the stock is 0.06. Company’s market capitalization is $20.67 billion.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) is working on technology that could identify human faces. The social network claims that it developed technology that could verify whether or not two faces in side-by-side photos are the same. The project called DeepFace appears to be a brave attempt to replicate human capabilities. Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) stock opened the session at $69.17, and now is at $68.66. The 52 week range of the FB stock remained $22.67-$72.59 and the day range was $68.60-$69.29.
