General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) on Wednesday signed an agreement to build an industrial complex to produce gas and steam turbines in partnership with Algeria’s Sonelgaz at a cost of $400 million. A joint venture called General Electric Algeria Turbines (GEAT) will be set up to build and operate the complex in the eastern province of Batna. This also shows that foreign investment is returning,” said Algeria’s minister for industrial development, Amara Benyounes. GE has invested in the past in Algeria, winning a $2 billion deal with Sonalgaz to supply turbines just last year. The company’s strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its revenue growth, solid stock price performance and impressive record of earnings per share growth. However, as a counter to these strengths, we find that the company has favored debt over equity in the management of its balance sheet. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) shares advanced 2.31% in last trading session and ended the day on $3.98. AMD return on equity ratio is recorded as -18.90% and its return on assets is -2.00%. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Investors are hoping Oracle Corp. (NYSE:ORCL) will duplicate the same stellar results posted in December when the company reports fiscal Q3 2014 earnings Tuesday after the close. Analysts are looking for a 4% increase in revenue to $9.4 billion and earnings per share to climb a nickel year over year. Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) shares moved down -0.75% in last trading session and was closed at $38.55, while trading in range of $37.40-$38.96. Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) year to date performance is 1.07%.

According to a press release, AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has invested more than $6.55 billion in the development of high-speed wireless and wireline networks in Texas over 2011-2013. The company has already made 3,645 upgrades in the state last year, and is investing millions of dollars in Project Velocity IP (VIP), a large-scale expansion plan. AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) weekly performance is 1.79%. On last trading day company shares ended up $32.96. AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) distance from 50-day simple moving average is 0.01%. Analysts mean target price for the company is $35.54.
