Yandex NV, (NASDAQ:YNDX) Russia’s biggest Internet company, sank 4.9 percent to $28.50, the lowest level since July. Alexander Shulgin, the company’s chief financial officer, sold $5.3 million of shares on April 1, according to a regulatory filing. Yandex tumbled 30 percent in the first quarter. Yandex NV (NASDAQ:YNDX) stock opened at $28.74, in current trading session and currently is at $29.59, by gaining 3.75%. The 52 week range is $19.93 – $45.42. Company’s market capitalization is $10.26 billion.

Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ:SYMC), the anti-virus and security software maker, seeks the help of banks’ assistance in hiring new CEO. Symantec, which had fired its Chief Executive Officer recently, is now seeking advice to develop strategy for hiring new CEO before it gets attacked by activist investors. Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ:SYMC) stock is currently trading at $ 20.70. The EPS of the stock is 1.23. Company’s market capitalization is $14.32 billion.

Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) (NASDAQ:GOOGL) stock was split last Thursday as announced by the company back in January. After the split, there are now two classes of shares with tickers GOOG and GOOGL. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) stock opened the session at $542.60, and now is at $552.10. The 52 week range of the stock remained $527.15 – $604.83 and the day range was $541.61 – $554.50.
