According to a poll released this week by research firm Harris Interactive. 46 percent were interested in watch or wristband tech, with 10 percent being “very interested.” Only 36 percent were interested in headsets or tech-equipped glasses.

Is wearable technology the next big thing. Several companies now have smart watches on the market. Even Apple is rumored to be coming out with one. What do those “smart watches” actually do. Consumer Reports just took a look at two to see whether they deliver.

This survey came out  after frequent reports suggest  that at  until prices come down, wearable tech will  not increase its sales in America. Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) Glass and various smart watches have already been released but very few people have purchased them. But still companies are thinking far ahead of consumers and comes out with new wearable products.
