Trader’s Alert – Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL), ARM Holdings plc (ADR)(NASDAQ:ARMH), Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV)

Activist investor Carl Icahn’s push for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) to buy back $50 billion of stock this year was opposed by an influential proxy-voting service, which said such a motion would “micromanage” how the company uses capital.  Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) stock opened at $521.38 in last trading session, and closed at $519.68, trading in the range of $517.38 – $522.93. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 4.43%.

ARM Holdings plc (ADR)(NASDAQ:ARMH), China’s largest and most advanced semiconductor foundry, announced an agreement to offer the ARM® Artisan® physical IP platform for SMIC’s 28nm poly SiON (PS) process to provide high-performance, high-density and low-power technologies for SoC designs.  ARM Holdings plc (ADR)(NASDAQ:ARMH) shares closed at $ 44.75 on last trade day, by gaining 1.94%. Stock 52 week range is $ 34.75 – 55.26. Company’s market capitalization is $ 20.88 billion.

Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced that Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, the largest bank in Thailand with more than 17 million customer accounts, has upgraded its mobile banking, alerting and payments platform to Mobiliti Edge™ from Fiserv. With Mobiliti Edge, Bangkok Bank customers will be able to securely access their financial information and conduct transactions via their choice of mobile web and downloadable applications for Android™, iPhone®, BlackBerry® and iPad®. Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV) stock decreased 0.69% and finished the last session at $ 55.23. The EPS of the stock remained 2.20. Company’s market capitalization is $ 14.25 billion.
