Stocks to Watch: Macy’s (NYSE:M), Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ:COST), Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), Google (NASDAQ:GOOG)

Equities research analysts at Nomura assumed coverage on shares of Macy’s (NYSE:M) in a research note issued to investors on Wednesday, TheFlyOnTheWall.com reports. The firm set a “buy” rating on the stock. Macy’s, Inc.(NYSE:M)  stock advanced 0.49%and finished the last session at $53.40. The EPS of the stock remained 3.56. Company’s market capitalization is $19.68 billion.

As the residential portion of the long-stalled Gateway Commons development moves forward, First Selectman Paul Formica has confirmed that the commercial anchor for the project will be a Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ:COST) wholesale retail store. Simon Konover Development Corp. and KGI Properties have planned for years to build a residential and retail development on about 200 acres near I-95 exits 73 and 74. Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ:COST)  stock opened at $115.16 in last trading session and closed at $116.10. The 52 week range of the stock is $98.95 – $126.12 and the day range was $114.50 – $116.49.

It should now be much easier to sign your Office 365 documents without taking them offline or printing them out. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has reached a deal to offer DocuSign’s digital signature apps through both the Office Store and corporate deployments, letting you affix your virtual handwriting while staying in Office 365’s cloud. The two companies also promise to team up on future projects. The improved signature support isn’t likely to fulfill those dreams of a paperless workplace, but it’s certainly a step in the right direction. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) shares closed at $37.62 on last trade day, by gaining 0.03%. Stock 52 week range is $27.23 – $38.98. Company’s market capitalization is $312.27 billion.

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has acquired the Israeli startup SlickLogin, an apparent bet on a new way to more securely log into computer systems. Launched just a few months ago by veterans of the Israeli Defense Force’s cybersecurity unit, SlickLogin had been working on a type of authentication technology using high-frequency pitches emitted by a computer. Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) stock opened at $1,195.61 in last trading session, and closed at $1,202.80, trading in the range of $1,192.80 – $1,204.39. The stock showed a negative weekly performance of 2.15%.
