Sprint Corporation (NYSE:S) announced WiFi calling for select Android phones, allowing customers to call and text over a local wireless network as a way of avoiding overage charges. The only catch: when we say “select Android phones” we really do mean select. For now, the service will only work on the Samsung Galaxy Mega and the Galaxy S4 Mini. If you’re lucky enough to own one of those devices, you’ll be able to use the service for free following an over-the-air update, which should arrive sometime in the coming weeks. (Note: domestic calls and texts are free, but there’s still a fee for international calls. The Board of Directors of Oi SA (ADR) (NYSE:OIBR) calls the shareholders of the Company to attend the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on March 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Company’s headquarters, located at Rua do Lavradio No. 71, Centro, in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, to decide on the following Agenda: approving the proposal to amend the Company’s authorized capital limit, consequently amending article 6 of the Company’s Bylaws; ratifying the engagement of Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. to prepare the valuation report concerning the assets that Portugal Telecom, SGPS, S.A. will contribute to the Company’s capital; approving the valuation report of assets that Portugal Telecom, SGPS, S.A. will contribute to the Company’s capital (“PT Assets”); and, approving the proposed value of the PT Assets in connection with the contribution of the PT Assets as payment for shares to be issued by the Company. Oi SA (ADR) (NYSE:OIBR) stock advanced 0.62% and finished the last session at $1.61. The EPS of the stock remained -0.29. Company’s market capitalization is $2.64 billion.

Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE:VG) SVP Kimberly O’loughlin sold 90,000 shares of the company’s stock in a transaction dated Thursday, February 20th. The shares were sold at an average price of $4.48, for a total transaction of $403,200.00. Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE:VG) stock opened at $4.55 in last trading session and closed at $4.54. The 52 week range of the stock is $2.55 – $4.94 and the day range was $4.53 – $4.61.
