Typo Products, the start-up being sued by BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) over an iPhone keyboard add-on, has come out swinging against a demand that its product be taken off sale in the U.S. The company, which has garnered attention in part because it’s backed by TV and radio personality Ryan Seacrest, submitted a 26-page argument to a California court late Wednesday against BlackBerry’s demand for a preliminary injunction preventing sales of its keyboard. BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) shares closed at $9.69 on last trade day, by gaining 0.83%. Stock 52 week range is $5.44 – $17.22. Company’s market capitalization is $5.10 billion.

Changes to Telecom Italia SPA CL ‘A’ (NYSE:TI.A) governance bylaws are not on the agenda of a Feb. 6 board meeting, the phone company said in a statement on Wednesday, meaning that its next board is likely to be appointed under the current rules. Telecom Italia’s board is controlled by Telco, a holding company owned by Spain’s Telefonica and three Italian financial institutions, thanks to its current bylaws. Its current term expires in the spring. Telecom Italia SPA CL ‘A’ (NYSE:TI.A) stock opened at $8.31 in last trading session and closed at $8.34. The 52 week range of the stock is $4.86 – $9.05 and the day range was $8.21 – $8.35.
