Diece-Lisa Industries, a maker of stuffed toys, filed a complaint in federal court in Texas Feb. 10, alleging that a character in Disney’s 2010 “Toy Story 3” film called “Lotso” infringes trademarks it holds for its own “Lots of Hugs” bears, which the borough-based company has produced since 1995. The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) stock opened at $79.21 in last trading session, and closed at $79.19, trading in the range of $78.84 – $79.65. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 1.64%.
