Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) now admits mistake, working around the clock

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) continues to face supply shortages for its Nexus 4, and is now making an apology to customers in the UK who have not received the device yet. The company received complaints from customers about poor communication in the ordeal, citing confusion about delivery estimates and payments.

According to a customer, currently when many people are traveling, they are facing difficulties to arrange deliveries when they have wrong prediction of when they will arrive; this kind of problem is extremely grown by bad information. Now Dan Cobley, who is Google’s UK and Ireland Managing Director, has apologized for the lack of communication and assured customers that the company is working 24 hours to resolve the problem. Cobley admitted that what these customers have been facing is “unacceptable”.
