Green deal hit by hard times

The UK’s Green Deal incentive has hit huge stumbling blocks in the last nine months. With the Green Deal figures not looking so appealing to customers, it is no wonder that there have been a low number of up takes of the Green Deal.

With energy prices consistently increasing year on year, it is no wonder that millions of homeowners across the UK are looking to have free measures under the green deal incentive which is the Energy companies obligation (ECO).

Measures such as free loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and external wall insulation are some of the most popular under the Eco obligation.

However, the green deal seems to be massively struggling as people cannot seem to seek clarity on the true costs behind the incentive and if it will benefit them at all.

Time will be a huge factor in the up taking of the green deal and we believe that it will eventually get there, like anything it takes time to implement any new business plan.
