The long wait is finally over; Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) can finally heave a sigh of relief after its merger agreement with Microsoft was given the green light by Chinese Authorities. The transaction was overdue as it was supposed to be finalized by the end of March. The delay was necessitated by a string of regulatory and legal obstacles from antitrust authorities in Asia.Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) weekly performance is -5.67%. On last trading day company shares ended up $7.15. Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) distance from 50-day simple moving average is -4.00%. Analysts mean target price for the company is $8.01.
