The deal is marred by a “flawed process and conflicts of interest,” shareholder Mary Smart said in the proposed group lawsuit made public today in Delaware Chancery Court in Wilmington. Zale Corporation (NYSE:ZLC) stock opened at $21.92 in last trading session, and closed at $21.77, trading in the range of $21.58 – $21.92. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 0.18%.
Citigroup Inc. upgraded shares of Tiffany & Co. (NYSE:TIF) from a neutral rating to a buy rating in a research note released on Thursday morning, TheFlyOnTheWall.com reports.
