Golden Star Resources Ltd (USA) (NYSEAMEX: GSS) declined 11.74% to $1.16 The Company has entered into certain definitive agreements to purchase an aggregate of $74.5 million of the principal outstanding under its 4.00% Convertible Senior Unsecured Debentures due November 30, 2012. Scotia Capital reduced the price target on the stock to $2.00 in a research note.
JinkoSolar Holding Co Ltd (NYSE:JKS) declined 9.49% to $4.29. The Company has dismissed the Company’s previous independent registered public accounting firm and engaged Ernst & Young Hua Ming as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) Ltd (NASDAQ:IMOS) plunged 5.51% to $12.0 after the Company released first quarter results. Net revenue was NT$4,384.0 million or US$148.6 million compared to NT$4,469.6 million or US$151.5 million in the first quarter 2011. Net loss was NT$170.0 million or NT$6.29 per share compared to net loss of NT$118.7 million or NT$4.61 per share in the first quarter of 2011.
