By dropping $527 million in cash and stock to buy mobile-game maker NaturalMotion, Zynga is undertaking the largest acquisition of its short life span. The deal is nearly triple the size of its $183 million pickup of OMGPop in March 2012. That didn’t work out so well: Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) stock opened at $4.25 in last trading session, and closed at $4.40, trading in the range of $4.10 – $4.50. The stock showed a positive weekly performance of 25.71%.
Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) shares hit an all-time high on Thursday after the social media network’s fourth quarter results came in ahead of analysts’ forecasts and demonstrated progress in both ad sales and mobile revenue. Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) stock advanced 2.44% and finished the last session at $62.57. The EPS of the stock remained 0.59. Company’s market capitalization is $153.60 billion.

The chief executive called the question “nonsense,” because it didn’t focus on the future of the company.
