Neonode Inc (NASDAQ:NEON) jumped up 26.78% to $6.06 on a traded volume of 3.11 million shares. The Company will participate in a panel discussion “Expanding the Digital Media Experience – Enablers of the Digital World” at Cowen’s 40th Annual Technology, Media and Telecom Conference being held on May 30.

Recently, the Company reported first quarter loss of $1.6 million or 5 cents per share compared to loss of $9.7 million or 43 cents per share in the prior year period. Revenue was $1.2 million compared to $539,000 in the prior year period. The Company expects revenue to total between $18 million and $20 million for 2012.

Osiris Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:OSIR) among the gainers and the stock increased 7.40% to $6.97. The Company announced that its Grafix treatments received transitional pass-through status from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and pass-through status under Medicare’s outpatient prospective payment system. This will allow more Medicare patients and their providers to have greater access to these next-generation regenerative medicine products.

IsoRay Inc (NYSEAMEX:ISR) increased 2.56% to $1.20 on a traded volume of 4.14 million shares. The Company announced that Discovery Channel has featured the Company’s Cesium-131 brachytherapy treatment for localized prostate cancer.

The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE:PBY) slipped 22.27% to $8.63. The Company has agreed to terminate the proposed merger between Pep Boys and The Gores Group. The Gores Group has agreed to pay Pep Boys a fee of $50 million and to reimburse Pep Boys for certain merger-related expenses.

Perfect World Co Ltd (ADR) (NASDAQ:PWRD) went down 15.04% to $9.77 after the Company announced first quarter results. Total revenues were RMB718.5 million compared to RMB718.5 million in the first quarter of 2011. Gross profit was RMB591.4 million compared to RMB610.6 million in the prior year period. Net income was RMB209.8 million to RMB263.7 million in the prior year period.
