Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc (NASDAQ:JOSB) fell $8 to new low of $37.90 on warning that its fiscal 2012 profit will be about 20 percent down as compared to the previous year.

Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) declined 73.39% to new low after the company, based in Santa Ana, California filed for bankruptcy protection.

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) moved 9% down while Stratasys, Ltd. (NASDAQ:SSYS) trended 7.63% down as peer ExOne (NASDAQ:XONE) updated its IPO filing.

PetSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ:PETM) lost $4.46 on a downgrade from a neutral rating to a reduce rating at Nomura.

AK Steel Holding Corporation (NYSE:AKS) retreated about 9% after downgrade to sell at Goldman Sachs.

The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (NYSE:MW) dropped 8.88% after outlook.

More on the flip side, McEwen Mining Inc (NYSE:MUX), EXCO Resources Inc(NYSE:XCO), James River Coal Company (NASDAQ:JRCC) , Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:STP) and Warner Chilcott Plc (NASDAQ:WCRX) all were noteworthy decliners, at last check.

Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE:GGC) rose 6.5% to new high today after the company posted its preliminary results of its exchange offer, revealing that it had tendered 72.1 million shares.

Dole Food Company, Inc. (NYSE:DOLE) rallied 6% on an upbeat Barron’s mention

Hess Corp. (NYSE:HES) advanced about 5% after unveiling a plan to sell 20 oil storage terminals in the United States and the Caribbean, and leave its refining business.

Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE:WM) and Republic Services (NYSE: RSG) both marked new high after Credit Suisse analyst Hamzah Mazari provided comment that the two are best suited in the industry for REIT conversion.

The Western Union Company (NYSE:WU) added 3.51% after a Seeking Alpha article.

Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) gained about 3.3% after BMO Capital Markets upgraded the stock to an outperform rating from market perform.

Transocean LTD (NYSE:RIG) increased 2.73% after RBC upped its price target to $66 from $60 and maintained its “outperform” rating, while Guggenheim raised its price target by $20 to $75 and upgraded the stock to buy from neutral.

Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLS) advanced 2.12% on an upgrade to Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

More on the upside, Shengkai Innovations, Inc.(NDA) (NASDAQ:VALV), PositiveID Corporation (OTC:PSID), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (NYSE:EXM), Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) and Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HTZ) were noteworthy gainers, at last check.
