Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (NYSE:ANW) shares climbed 6.43% to $5.46 in the after hour trading after the company posted first-quarter net income of $6.0 million or $0.13 per share, as compared to $4.0 million or $0.09 per share in the year-ago quarter. . First-quarter revenues increased 12.3% to $1.8 million, from $1.6 million last year. Analysts expected the company to earn $0.11 per share for the first quarter.
