Cosi, Inc. (NASDAQ: COSI) reported fourth-quarter net loss of $2.3 million or $0.04 per share, as compared to $2.8 million or $0.05 per share in the year ago period. Total revenues for the quarter was $26.2 million, up 3.3% from $25.36 million in the same quarter last year.
For fiscal 2011, the company reported net loss of $6.5 million or $0.13 per share, as compared to $3.1 million or $0.06 per share in the year-ago period. Total revenues for FY 2011 declined to $102.14 million from $109.70 million last year.
As a result, the shares of the company closed at $1.15 after declining 4.17% in the last trading session.
FriendFinder Networks Inc (NASDAQ: FFN) shares closed at $1.64 after plunging 9.39% in the previous trading session after the company reported fourth quarter revenue of $81.7 million. Net loss for the quarter of 2011 was ($10.2 million), or ($0.42) per share.
Looking forward, the company expects fiscal 2012 revenues to be in between $340 and $350 million. The Company expects adjusted EBITDA in the range of $75 and $80 million for fiscal 2012.

Cache, Inc. (NASDAQ: CACH) reported a weaker than expected fourth quarter profit as promotional activity pressured margins. The company posted fourth quarter profit of $1.9 million, or $0.15 cents a share, as compared to a year-earlier loss of $14.2 million, or $1.11 a share. Net sales increased 13% to $62.9 million, topping analyst’s estimate of $62 million.
