However, those sales are part of a bigger trend within the technology industry, as The Economic Times notes. Insiders from several major companies have unloaded quite a few shares of their companies’ stock recently. Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) stock opened today at $59.59 and is currently trading at $59.44. The stock showed a negative weekly performance of -7.07%.

eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY) is planning on conquering the next frontier for online commerce – wearable devices. After a rather acrimonious March spent battling Icahn’s alarming proposal to spin off Paypal into a separate publicly traded company, eBay is kicking off April on a positive note with a plan for another technological revolution in how and where the world conducts its transactions. eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY) stock opened at $54.94, in current trading session and currently is at $55.28, by gaining 0.87%.The 52 week range of $48.06-$59.70. Company’s market capitalization is $71.50 billion.

Spanish cable group Ono, has been able to renegotiate its debt burden after news that it has been acquired by Vodafone Group Plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:VOD) last month, as per Vodafone Spain CEO Antonio Coimbra. The Spanish company was purchased by Vodafone for EUR 7.2 billion which included EUR 3.4 billion of bank loans and bonds. The terms of the restructuring are however yet to be ascertained.Vodafone Group Plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:VOD) stock is currently trading at $36.79 .The EPS of the stock is 11.31. Company’s market capitalization is $97.29 billion.
