The company said it has set aside $407 million for the repurchase of its long-term convertible debt which will end in elimination of about 10 million shares. This move will reduce the impact of share dilution and shareholders will be able to start realizing improved earnings per share in the coming quarters. MU has about 1.06 billion shares outstanding. Netlist, Inc (NASDAQ:NLST), a leading provider of high performance memory solutions for the cloud computing and storage markets, announced that it has filed motions to add two additional patents to the lawsuits against the recently announced ULLtraDIMM memory module from Diablo Technologies, Inc., and Smart Storage Systems, Inc. Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLST) stock opened at $1.70, in last session and closed at $1.62, by gaining 0.62%. The 52 week range of the stock is $0.51 – $1.97. Company’s market capitalization is $51.15 million.

Spansion Inc. (NYSE: CODE), a global leader in embedded systems solutions, responded to an announcement by the International Trade Commission (ITC) that it would institute an investigation requested by Macronix. Spansion Inc. (NYSE:CODE) stock advanced 4.17% and finished the last session at $15.25. The EPS of the stock remained -0.82. Company’s market capitalization is $897.63 million.

SemiLEDs Corporation (NASDAQ:LEDS) traded lower after Strategies Unlimited reported revenues for LEDs in lighting applications, which includes both replacement lamps and luminaires, are expected to have a CAGR of 30% and reach a total value of US$13 billion by 2017. SemiLEDs Corporation (NASDAQ:LEDS) stock opened the session at $1.30, and closed the session at $1.38. The 52 week range of the stock remained $0.64 – $2.44 and the day range was $1.29 – $1.41.
