(ADR) (NASDAQ:AMCN), a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 ended December 31, 2013 after the U.S. market closes on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. AirMedia Group Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ:AMCN) stock opened the session at $2.66, and closed the session at $2.33. The 52 week range of the stock remained $1.50 – $3.20 and the day range was $2.31 – $2.66.
