You may have heard reports that China could be getting their hands on a slightly upgraded version of the Nokia (NYSE:NOK) Lumia 820, or the Lumia 825. The upgraded device is predicted to hit the market in February 2013. However, there are no official words on this matter yet. But CNbeta.com reports that the still unannounced Lumia 825 has been popped up in China.

The handset now has increased storage capacity of 16 GB from 8GB, and has the same Puremotion display with supersensitive touch that can be found on the Lumia 920, versus the AMOLED screen.[article_detail_ad_1]

No change in the specs has been found, meaning a dual-core 1.5 Ghz processor, 4.3 inch screen, and 8 megapixel Carl Zeiss camera with dual-flash, and will use the latest version of Windows Phone 8.8. WinP.cn thought the device alternative may be a modified version for a carrier, much like in the US at present with the Nokia Lumia 810.
