TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ:TIVO) shares declined 5.58% to $8.46 in the pre-market hour after the company swung to a fiscal first-quarter loss owing to an increase in litigation and marketing expenses, though the company reported an increase in subscribers.

The company posted first quarter loss of $20.8 million, or $0.17 a share, as compared with year-earlier profit of $139 million, or $1.04 a share. Net revenue rose 48% to $67.8 million, while service-and-technology revenue climbed 40% to $54.5 million. The company’s February view projected a loss of $18 million to $20 million with service-and-technology revenue of between $53 million and $55 million.

Coldwater Creek Inc. (NASDAQ:CWTR) stock plunged 5.59% to $0.790 in the after hour trading after the company’s first-quarter loss lessened owing to lower overhead costs and improved margins, though revenue fell more than expected.

The company posted first-quarter a loss of $23.8 million, or $0.20 a share, as compared with a year-earlier loss of $30 million, or $0.32 a share. The company in March forecast a loss of $0.18 to $0.24 a share. Revenue decreased 5.5% to $169.9 million. Analysts most recently projected $173 million.

On a pro-forma basis, net income for the quarter rose 21.7% to $3.6 million or $0.18 per share. Total net sales were $96.52 million, up 16.1% from $83.13 million in the year-ago quarter. Analysts expected the company to earn $0.14 per share on revenues of $96.68 million for the quarter.

Envivio Inc (NASDAQ:ENVI) shares climbed 3.37% to $8.60 in the after hour trading after the company reported a first-quarter net loss of $2.24 million or $0.17 per share, as compared to $1.16 million or $0.09 per share in the same quarter last year. Adjusted net loss for the quarter increased to $1.55 million or $0.12 per share. Total revenues for the quarter rose to $13.42 million from $9.90 million in the prior-year quarter. Analysts expected loss of $0.18 per share on revenue estimate of $13.0 million for the quarter.

Looking ahead, the company expects second quarter adjusted earnings in the range of a loss of $0.02 to a earnings of $0.02 per share. Revenues are anticipated in the range of $17.0 million to $18.0 million. Analysts currently expect the company earnings to be breakeven per share for the quarter, with revenues of $16.67 million.
